Rolls Royce Plan for Moon Nuclear Reactor Stalls, Telegraph Says

British engine maker Rolls-Royce Holdings Plc has halted a plan backed backed by millions in government funding to put a mini nuclear reactor on the Moon, the Telegraph reported.
