Arohan Financial Services plans to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Rs 1,500 crore in the second quarter of the next financial year. The NBFC-MFI aims to raise Rs 750 crore through fresh shares and Rs 750 crore via an offer for sale by existing investors. The company is also looking to diversify into secured lending products.
