Supreme Court strikes down customs duty on SEZ power, Adani Power wins relief

Overturning a Gujarat High Court ruling, the apex court said electricity supplied from a special economic zone to the domestic market cannot attract customs duty, ordering refunds and ending a 15-year tax dispute.
