iValue Infosolutions has set its IPO price band at Rs 284–Rs 299 per share, with a total issue size of Rs 532–560 crore via a complete Offer for Sale. Retail investors are required to bid a minimum of Rs 14,950 for 50 shares. The IPO will be a complete Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 1,87,38,958 equity shares.
