As per the latest bulk deal on NSE, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund offloaded around 2.7 lakh equity shares, equivalent to a 0.51 percent stake, in Dreamfolks Services. The total deal transaction was valued at nearly Rs. 5.7 crores, executed at an average price of Rs. 211.14 per share. Additionally, Bajaj Finance Limited sold nearly 3.09 lakhs shares (0.58 percent stake) in the company for Rs. 6 crores, at an average price of Rs. 196.32 apiece.
DreamFolks Services Limited primarily integrates global card networks operating in India, card issuers, and corporate clients, including airline companies with various airport lounge operators, transport operators, and other airport service providers on a unified technology platform. The company is the leading player in the Indian lounge aggregation industry, with 100 percent coverage in both Airports & Railways.
Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited
With a market cap of Rs. 23,333 crores, the stock moved down by nearly 2 percent on BSE, falling to Rs. 1,230 on Monday. Foreign investor BC Investments IV Limited offloaded around 45 lakh equity shares, equivalent to a 2.37 percent stake, in Emcure Pharma via a bulk deal on NSE. The total deal transaction was valued at nearly Rs. 562.7 crores, executed at an average price of Rs. 1,250.44 per share. As per the latest shareholding pattern with the BSE, BC Investments IV Limited held an 8.68 percent stake in the company.

With a market cap of Rs. 1,261 crores, the stock moved down by 4.7 percent on BSE, falling to Rs. 246.4 on Monday. 360 One Equity Opportunity Fund and Turnaround Opportunities Fund offloaded a total of around 5.78 lakh equity shares, equivalent to a total of 1.13 percent stake, in Godavari Biorefineries via a bulk deal on NSE. The total deal transaction was valued at nearly Rs. 15 crores, executed at an average price of Rs. 256.75 per share.
Godavari Biorefineries Limited is principally engaged in the business of manufacturing sugar, ethanol, distillery, rectified spirits, biochemicals, power generation, and other bio products. It was among the first few companies in India to utilise sugarcane juice and syrup for the production of ethanol.
JTL Industries Limited
With a market cap of Rs. 3,086.5 crores, the stock moved up by nearly 6.5 percent on BSE, rising to Rs. 82.35 on Monday. Jindal Oil and Fats Limited offloaded around 19.5 lakh equity shares, equivalent to a 0.5 percent stake, in JTL Industries via a bulk deal on NSE. The total deal transaction was valued at nearly Rs. 15 crores, executed at an average price of Rs. 75.45 per share. As per the latest shareholding pattern with the BSE, Jindal Oil and Fats Limited held a 2.07 percent stake in the company.
JTL Industries is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing and sale of Iron and Steel products. The company is an integrated manufacturer and supplier of steel tubes, pipes and allied products, having manufacturing facilities in India.
