Its Net Profit YoY rose by 91 percent from Rs. 0.65 Crores in Q3FY25 to Rs. 1.24 Crores in Q3FY26, and on a QoQ basis, it rose by 97 percent from Rs. 0.63 Crores in Q2FY26 to Rs. 1.24 Crores in Q3FY26. The earnings per share (EPS) for the quarterly period stood at Rs. 1.07, compared to Rs. 0.56 in the previous year’s quarter.
The company has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1.00 per ordinary share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ending 31st March 2026. Such dividend will be paid between 23rd and 26th February 2026 to those members of the company entitled thereto.
Along with it, the Board of Directors has also approved the issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:2, i.e., one (1) bonus equity share of face value ₹10/- each for every two (2) fully paid-up equity shares held, subject to the approval of the members of the Company.
