Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) secured Rs. 2,332 crore in new orders across international T&D and domestic Buildings & Factories projects. With FY26 order inflows nearing Rs. 15,000 crore.
This is a global EPC player with diversified interest in power transmission and distribution, oil and gas pipeline, railways and biomass based power generation is now in the focus after it secured an order worth Rs. 2,332 crore.
With market capitalization of Rs. 21,659 cr, the shares of Kalpataru Projects International Limited are currently trading at Rs. 1,266 per share, gaining 2% in today’s market session making a high of Rs. 1,292.10, from its previous close of Rs. 1,267.70 per share.
Order update
Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL), a leading EPC company in power transmission and distribution (T&D) as well as civil infrastructure, has secured new orders worth approximately Rs. 2,332 crore.
The orders include international T&D projects and domestic Buildings & Factories (B&F) projects in India. With cumulative order inflows for FY26 nearing Rs. 15,000 crore, representing a healthy growth of 25% YoY, these wins reinforce KPIL’s leadership in international T&D markets and expand its footprint in civil construction.
As of June 30, 2025, the company’s order book stands at Rs. 65,475 cr, the largest segment being Transmission and Distribution, accounting for 41% or Rs. 26,725 crore. This is followed by the Buildings & Factories (B&F) segment, which makes up 25% of the order book at Rs. 16,695 crore.
Water projects contribute 14% with Rs. 8,903 crore, while Oil & Gas projects add another 11%, totaling Rs. 7,148 crore. The Railways and Urban Infrastructure segments comprise 5% (Rs. 3,211 crore) and 4% (Rs. 2,792 crore) of the order book respectively. The order book is diversified geographically, with 60% from domestic projects and the remaining 40% from international contracts.
