India’s construction vehicle sector saw modest growth in fiscal year 2025, expanding by 3%. Total sales reached 1,40,191 units, a slight increase from the previous year. This growth was largely driven by a 10% rise in exports, which offset a slower 2.7% increase in domestic sales impacted by election-related project delays.
With a market capitalisation of Rs 13,636.22 crore, the shares of Action Construction Equipment Ltd closed at Rs 1,145.10 per share, decreased around 0.37 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 1,149.35 apiece.

Action Construction Equipment Ltd has delivered a remarkable 1,756 % return over five years, rising from Rs 61.80 in July 2020 to Rs 1,146.80. A Rs 1 lakh investment then would now be worth nearly Rs 19 lakh. However, the stock saw a 19% decline over the past year and fell 4% in the last month, indicating recent volatility.
Looking forward to the company’s financial performance, revenue increased by 15 percent from Rs 836 crore in Q4FY24 to Rs 961 crore in Q4FY25. Furthermore, during the same time frame, the net profit increased by 21 percent, from Rs 98 crore to Rs 119 crore.

ACE secured its largest-ever defence order worth ₹420 crore from the Ministry of Defence for 1,121 Rough Terrain Forklifts. This milestone strengthens India’s defence infrastructure and showcases ACE’s indigenous manufacturing and R&D capabilities. The contract aligns with the “Make in India” and “AatmaNirbhar Bharat” initiatives, boosting ACE’s presence in the strategic defence equipment sector.
Action Construction Equipment Limited is engaged in the business of manufacturing and marketing hydraulic mobile cranes, mobile tower cranes, crawler cranes, truck-mounted cranes, material handling equipment like forklifts, road construction equipment like backhoe loaders, compactors, motor graders and agriculture equipment like tractors, harvesters and rotavators.
